Each CP Packet now has Part 1 - Application Documents and Part 2 - Marketing Materials. Part 1 - Application Documents (required)

These required documents are bundled into one PDF, for one-click download. It includes the Commercial Purchaser Price List for the specific product division, Product Order Form, Application Form, and a duplicate Application for the new Commercial Purchaser's records. A specific product catalog is also required to complete each Packet, which you likely have on hand or can purchase from Conklin's Sales Center.
