New federal green building initiative could give roofers more greenbacks
The push to rebuild and re-energize our economy with the stimulus package has positioned Conklin’s green roofing systems and Conklin contractors to play a key role in implementing and profiting from this initiative.

The MR System is the most cost-effective method of sealing an existing leaky metal roof and has a 12-year warranty. The Conklin Company has additional warranties of up to 20 years. Some warranties include labor and materials and are not pro-rated. Some of the roof systems can be recoated and warranties renewed repeatedly.The company is the largest manufacturer of fluid applied elastomeric coatings in the nation. The products are now on over 1.5 billion square feet of roofs.
G & C Enterprises has been in the roofing and waterproofing business since 1980. We have installed over 2.5 million square feet of roofs throughout California as well as Nevada and Oregon. We have received all the training offered by the Conklin Company and are now training others.
